
The investment in Research & Development in Triumph motocross bikes gives life to TF 450-RC, where “RC ” stands for Ricky Carmichael, one of the largest, if not the greatest rider in the history of American motocross as well as official developer for the Hinckley House. Multiple components in common with the small TF 250-X: from the Brembo braking system to the Galfer brake discs, passing through the double cradle frame in handcrafted and hand welded aluminum. The engine is a 450 cc SOHC single cylinder while, as regards the chassis, the motorcycle mounts KYB suspensions with a separate 48 mm cartridge with 310 mm of excursion and a three-way KYB single shock absorber with 305 mm of excursion. Also present are the Akrapovic exhaust with dedicated mapping, the Holeshot XTrig device and the ODI handlebar signed by Carmichael himself. The basic colors are yellow and black, to represent Triumph Racing, with some touches of white. And the n. 4 of the sample, the GOAT logo and some details of the sponsors.
