Dongfeng Nissan N7 Electric Sedan Showcased for 2025 Launch in China
All-new Dongfeng Nissan N7 electric sedan was officially unveiled at the 2024 Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition. A sleek and intelligent EV designed to appeal to China’s growing base of urban, tech-savvy drivers, N7 is set for launch in the first half of 2025. The N7 is the first model developed on Dongfeng Nissan’s new modular EV platform, highlighting the brand’s electrified future.
Stylish, Spacious, and Smart: Meet the Nissan N7
Inspired by the Nissan Epoch Concept showcased at the Beijing Motor Show earlier this year, the N7 debuts with a futuristic take on Nissan’s V-Motion design language. It features a fluid silhouette, striking lighting elements, and a bold stance that blends elegance with aerodynamic efficiency.
N7 boasts the dimensions of Length: 4,930 mm x Width: 1,895 mm x Height: 1,487 mm with a Wheelbase of 2,915 mm. These measurements offer a spacious and comfortable interior, ideal for daily commuting and long-distance travel alike.
Tech-Forward Interior with Snapdragon Power
Inside, the N7 boasts an advanced infotainment system powered by the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 8295P processor, ensuring seamless connectivity, rich media capabilities, and high-performance computing. This positions the N7 as a strong contender in the rapidly evolving smart EV segment.
In a move that aligns with China’s push toward intelligent mobility, Dongfeng Nissan has partnered with Momenta, a local leader in autonomous driving technology, to equip the N7 with Navigate on Autopilot — an advanced driver-assist system designed for semi-autonomous driving in complex urban environments.
Made in China, For China – and Beyond
The N7 is not only designed for China but developed and manufactured locally to meet the unique demands of Chinese consumers. It pairs Nissan’s legendary build quality with innovations from top domestic tech firms, creating a next-generation EV that is deeply in tune with local tastes and expectations.
The N7 also represents a key milestone in “The Arc”, Nissan’s midterm strategic plan focused on accelerating the development, production, and export of new energy vehicles (NEVs) from China to global markets.
A Glimpse into Nissan’s Electric Future
The N7 is more than just a new EV—it’s the first of a new breed of electrified models from Dongfeng Nissan, showcasing the brand’s commitment to intelligent, connected, and sustainable mobility. More information, including technical specifications and pricing, will be announced closer to the vehicle’s launch in 2025.
