Q1: Bagnaia and Raul Fernandez Make the Cut
The day began with intense action in Q1, where Pecco Bagnaia had to claw his way back into contention after a sluggish first stint. A 1:52.715 lap helped him top the session, with Raul Fernandez following closely behind to grab the second Q2 spot.
Fabio Di Giannantonio looked strong but narrowly missed the cut, while Pol Espargaro, standing in for Viñales, briefly occupied P2 before being pushed out.

Q2: Drama as Marc Marquez Crashes, Bagnaia Strikes
Q2 began with Marc Marquez posting the first benchmark at 1:52.522. Quartararo slotted into P2 early, while Bagnaia held back for one final charge.
With five minutes remaining, Bagnaia delivered a blistering lap to seize provisional pole. As the clock ticked down, Marquez was on pace to reclaim the top spot until disaster struck. A high-speed crash at Turn 13 ended his session and handed pole to his teammate.
Adding to the chaos, Johann Zarco had also crashed at the same corner moments earlier, affecting the final laps for many riders.
