TF Sport has announced the six drivers that will pilot its pair of Corvette Z06 GT3.Rs in the FIA World Endurance Championship next year, as the team bids to fight for race wins in its sophomore season in the fiercely-contested LMGT3 category.
The British outfit concluded the 2024 campaign with a podium double, as Charlie Eastwood, Tom Van Rompuy and former FIA WEC LMP2 champion Rui Andrade headed up a two-three finish in last month’s Bapco Energies 8 Hours of Bahrain. The trio remain on-board in the #81 car, and will be joined in the #33 TF Sport entry by fellow returnee Daniel Juncadella, who will be partnered by Ben Keating and Jonny Edgar.
Indeed, there are just ten weeks until the forthcoming campaign races into life with the Qatar 1812km on 28 February, and TF Sport’s drivers palpably share Ferrier’s enthusiasm for the challenge that lies ahead.
In the sister car, former Formula 1 test-driver, Macau Grand Prix winner and FIA European Formula 3 champion Juncadella – like Eastwood, a Corvette factory driver – might be the only incumbent, but the Spaniard has no doubt that his two new stablemates are more than up to the task.
